Just to add a detail on the email regex you were discussing at around , the part before the '@' is pretty self-explanatory. After the '@' they have allowed for:a) numbers that you often get on subdomain servers andb) extra '.' after the first '.', such as you might get for a british uni for example @ox.ac.uk(00:39:00 - 00:53:18)
