At you can see a 1080 Ti is still 700, but good luck trying to get it at that price due to crypto-miners. Up on amazon the prices range from 800-1000. I'm glad I bought a 1070 8G back in 2016 for 395.00 instead of 570.00 today. Good luck trying to get one directly from NVidia directly. You have to setup a bot to buy it for you, otherwise from the time you get the email from Nvidia to the time you add it to the cart, they will be "out of stock". - Best Laptop for Machine Learning

You say "instruction column and input column into a single input" but the code references only the "question" column from the "GBaker/MedQA-USMLE-4-options" dataset. The question is then submitted for inference as-is, without being combined with anything as far as I can tell.
